Please read this policy before sending an enquiry or confirming an order. Write to us if anything needs clarification.
Information you submit
The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number, enquiry type, and any message you choose to add. An order enquiry also collects your delivery address, selected products, scent choices, quantities, and optional order note.
How we use the information
We use it to answer your message, review an order enquiry, prepare and send a quote, confirm and prepare an order, coordinate payment and delivery, provide courier tracking, and resolve order concerns.
Service providers
Hostinger supports website hosting, order storage, and email delivery. Delhivery receives the name, phone number, delivery address, and shipment details needed to deliver and track a confirmed order. If you accept analytics, Google processes website usage information such as pages viewed and browser or device details. Microsoft Clarity processes page interactions for heatmaps and session recordings. Contact and order form fields are masked in Clarity, and we do not send their contents to Google Analytics. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Marketing
Submitting a contact form or order enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Brand updates may be sent only after a separate newsletter opt-in, and every marketing message must provide a way to unsubscribe.
Retention
Contact enquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to 12 months after the last message. Confirmed order, payment, and delivery records are kept for up to eight financial years for accounting, tax, support, and dispute records. Information must be kept longer only when required by law or an active legal claim.
Your information rights
Email contact@numira.in to request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information, or to withdraw marketing consent. We will respond within 30 days. A deletion request will not remove records that Numira is legally required to retain.
Cookies and security
If you choose Accept analytics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load and may use cookies to help us understand visits and page interactions. If you decline, neither loads. We save your choice in this browser so you do not have to answer on every visit. You can change it at any time through Analytics preference in the footer; declining after accepting stops further analytics collection on this browser and removes its analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or provide customer accounts. Production traffic is protected by HTTPS, and order administration is restricted to authenticated Numira access. Hosting infrastructure may keep security and request logs needed to operate and protect the website.
